Quick phone discussion with recruiter. Then 30 minute phone discussion with hiring manager. Came in and had five 45 minute interviews. Four of them with team members and one with a member of a different team. Typical questions about my resume. Based on my experience they came up with questions about the current project and how I would approach it. Had lots of time to ask the interviewers questions.

First round phone call interview with 2 engineers. I scheduled the interview through university's job posting site. In about a week I had the interview. I was not expecting technical questions on the first interview. Engineers were passionate about what they do. They were willing to explain concepts I did not know how to answer at the time. Overall experience was good.
