Company didn't list their name on Career Builder but I applied anyways. The HR recruiter contacted me within 3 hours and quickly conducted phone interviewer, than we set up a face to face interview for the following week. The building was very nice and employees I walked by smiled and said "hello." The interview was pretty standard questions and after I had a second interview that same day with 2 team managers.

I applied online and after a week or so was contacted by BIG's HR person. I than had 1 phone call interview followed up by 1-2 internal face to face meetings with current BIG people in senior roles. (They asked me the quesitons)
