Great Interview Experience. Online psychometric tests. Friendly and approachable grad recruiter screening call followed by in person interview with role team. Similar to other London grad engineering firms, but nicer

The interview was friendly, more of an informal chat than a strict interview style. I presented some project work, talked about myself and my interests and answered some questions that had been sent to me prior. Technical questions were asked but not too many and not too intimidating
