Got a call the very next day of appling online, after about a month later got a mail for intreviewing, two people intreviewed me one stared the life out of me, while the other enjoyed slapping me with information, took a walk around the office seems like innovative firm with bright new work place ideas, however beware of lazy replies from people, on the same day of intreview got a call stating that they are in a decision making process and they will inform me within next week, which has somehow managed to turn into a month with no reply.

Entretien
Online Test, 2 Interview Rounds - Technical and HR. Online Test and both interviews were of Medium difficulty. Online Test was about aptitude and reasoning. Interviewer was knowledgable and supportive. Try to be honest in your response.

Pros: Both the recruiter on the phone interview and the interviewers were great and asked relevant questions. They did get back to me, even though I was not chosen for the 2nd round of interviews. Cons: Between the initial phone screening and the interview, I was given less than a day to prepare. I understand the need to move quickly as a multi-national firm, but applicants need to be given time to prepare.

Received an invite for an interview in January, had the interview 2 weeks later and heard back approximately 2 weeks after that.
Interview was very informal, I was asked to give a presentation about myself and my area of engineering for 10 mins and then was offered the opportunity to ask questions about
