Submit CV online. Invitation to complete 6 short brainteasers and online video interview. Invitation to "assessment day"/interview which consisted of a group exercise, 2 interviews and an introduction to the company.

Formal, but lengthy interview process (An hour long). The staff that were interviewing me were extremely friendly and it felt as though it was more of a conversation than an interview.

Took a good 2-3 months to respond with invitation to interview. 1 stage interview process, had to prepare a 10-15 minute presentation on the challenges and opportunities re a net zero Manchester which was followed by an informal discussion. Very relaxed

2. Have done video and aptitude questions online (last-year).
3. Two engineers interviewed me for a video interview (which included a 10-minute presentation). They were very friendly and asked competencies, experience and behavioural questions.
Please note: This process was during COVID lockdown measures so this is usually done over a shorter time period I think.
