Very relaxed process alongside 4 other people who were invited to the face to face interview. The 2 people doing it seemed nice and made you feel comfortable. Although during a presentation I had to prepare there were a few interviews, which in my case helped me to relax.

The process took on two major stages. The first was an online interview process requiring webcam access, and the second was an assessment day in a small group at the London office. The testing was thorough and personal, aiming to get an idea of not just your qualifications, but also discover your personality and attitudinal habits.
