Group interview. It was easy basic questions and they just made sure you have an open availability. Overall, the interview process took about 20 minutes but I’m not sure how it has changed due to covid.
The interview was mostly a one-on-one conversation and overall it was fairly simple. As long as your personality and work style align with the culture and expectations of that specific location, you should do just fine.

Polite and understanding. Very relaxed setting yet formal. Was given the job expectations and qualifications as well as general idea of how shift is handled. I felt accepted and involved the second I walked into the interview
