One phone interview, then went into corporate office with four interviews. It was an overall smooth process. Burlington was incredibly on top of everything, and made me feel incredibly comfortable during the interviews

The overall process took about 3-4 weeks. I applied to the position and was supposed to give a virtual interview first. You will see behavioral questions and you have to talk into a camera answering them. The team then reached out to me for the second round which consisted of 2 interviews - one case interview and another behavioral with members of the team. The case interview will be very focused on the work that you will be doing in the Planning and Allocations team. After these interviews it took them 2 days to offer me the position.
