You walk in, the manager sits you down for the interview. It will be about 15-30 minutes. Some get a group interview others may just get an individual interview. Make sure to stand out. They are always looking for fridnly people to hire you just have to prove to them why .
The interview was mostly a one-on-one conversation and overall it was fairly simple. As long as your personality and work style align with the culture and expectations of that specific location, you should do just fine.

Polite and understanding. Very relaxed setting yet formal. Was given the job expectations and qualifications as well as general idea of how shift is handled. I felt accepted and involved the second I walked into the interview
