I had one interview with the general store manager and department manager. Overall, the interviewers were nice and seemed to be looking for a reliable and hardworking individual. It would likely be worthwhile for a potential candidate to mention proficiency in any foreign languages.

Two brief conversations in person, a very quick process, overall and general questions asked. No tests or physical submissions are required. I was overall pretty satisfied with the process and think it was relatively easy compared to other interviews.
