They say they reimburse travel costs for the assessment day yet don't follow through with it.... I see this has been a problem in the past having seen reviews on here so clearly they've now changed and offer reimbursement yet they don't even do it!!!! Expensive journey for me to not get the job

The in-person interview began with some general questions about my background and interest in the company, followed by some consulting-style problem solving questions, and finally a Q&A with current employees.

Initial phone interview to gauge more about you and what attracted you to the company . If successful you go for an assessment centre where you do a few group activities in addition to individual interviews.
Positive overall, had a virtual assessment online, parts were timed. Then a phone interview, then a virtual assessment day which involved role play calls, problem solving questions, how to "make the company better", and a 30 minute interview.
