Applied online and a month later I got a phone call requesting an interview. Had an interview within a week with one of the supervisors. Pretty easy and laid back interview. After the interview, I had to schedule an interview with the store manager. The second interview was pretty much just like the first interview, maybe a little shorter. I was then given a page or two of questions asking for basic information like name, address, that kind of stuff and I believe there were a few personality type questions. About a week later I got phone call offering me the job.
