Extensive interview process with writing test and multiple rounds of meetings. A few meetings are with senior folks, but most of them are with people who would be your peers if you get hired. The interviews don't have much structure and feel more like "get to know you" conversations than formal interviews.

I had a screening call, two interviews with members of the team, and a writing assignment. The interviews and writing test were initially quick (less than 3 weeks). I was 'ghosted' by the recruiter and never received a response to my writing test.
