The company uses a recruiting agency. Through that agency had I phone interview with HR and then was asked to come in to meet with HR and the department supervisor. I was first told about the position as well as what the company does. Then simple questions were asked, like what are is weakness? Do you work well in teams? Past employment history etc. Overall it was an easy and comfortable interview.
