J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Bromford (Wolverhampton, Angleterre) en mai 2019
Entretien
I applied online and was invited to an assessment centre. The centre comprised of an ice breaker, group exercise and a few other short, personality testing activities. I thought the process was far too short, There was no written assessment or role play exercise. It was very difficult to really 'stand out' from the crowd and display the 'Brilliant' strand of DNA that Bromford say they're looking for. I have requested further feedback as of 6th June 2019 and am awaiting a phone call.
I'm sorry that you didn't have a positive experience at your assessment day. We received a vast amount of applications for the Customer Service Advisor position and therefore had to tailor the assessment centre accordingly, but all candidates were given the same amount of time and number of exercises to complete - and our assessors felt they captured enough from the session to make a suitable decision. Please do let us know if you haven't received your feedback by close of play on 14 June, email us at: recruitment.team@bromford.co.uk

I was invited along to a relaxed group assessment, this was followed by a more formal interview a week later, which was competency and behavioural based. The interviewers were very friendly and put me at ease.

Quite a simple interview, normal questions asked e.g experience, what would you do if …. , spoke about company benefits and their DNA. This was all done via teams due to Covid-19.

The assessment centre was group work. Its difficult to give you opinion when other people are talking over you and they didnt want to listen. So I dunno how they can assess you on other people. Not very fair.
Thank you for your feedback, and I'm sorry you were not successful on this occasion. Assessment centre's aren't for everyone and can prove difficult in a room full of mixed personalities, but be assured that our assessors are looking at all interactions in the room, both verbal and non-verbal. Wishing you all the best in your continued job search.
