They take you for an initial interview. tell you you are in the top candidates. You then go to a event and interview with someone else. Then you go back for a final interview. If you are not chosen, they don't call you to tell you. Poorly ran

I found the interviewer to be profoundly annoying but he was doing his best to be friendly and helpful. To me, the position was not what I was expecting it to be. It's a lot of sales promotion which has always given me the impression of a pyramid scheme.

Entretien
They utilize 3 rounds of interviews. The first is quick and painless. The second is a joke. You have to attend one of their "events," which basically entails observing your interviewer and other Broadview employees harassing Sam's Club customers to check out and buy their products. They are, in every sense, those annoying mall kiosk people. It's a pyramid scheme to get inexperienced employees into executive management positions within their first year.
