I was invited to come interview -- all I had sent was a Resume. I spoke with the Marketing Team in a small conference room which was not intimidating at all. I was asked questions by each of them which I can't really member. They were interested in some of the skills I mentioned in my Resume and wanted to know more about them. I then met with the head of the Marketing department who was also very personable and easy to talk to, and the supervisor I would be answering to. The last person I spoke to was HR who offered me a job on the spot for a good deal above the salary I had required.
