Interview a week after application, offer soon after. Interview was fairly relaxed. General interest in labor and their firm, personal life, etc. They are professional people so stay professional. They also seem to value being down to earth and polite. Lots of opportunities to ask questions so prepare a lot.

I Interviewed through my law school's on campus interview program. It was just like every other OCI interview with any other firm that you would complete during that process. It was 15 minutes of relaxed questioning and that was it with longer interviews if you receive a callback.
