The interview process was fairly standard and this was only the first-round interview. However, I found the overall experience disappointing. The interviewer appeared very disengaged throughout the conversation and made little effort to establish rapport or create a comfortable dialogue. Having participated in many recruitment processes throughout my career, including from the HR side, this was one of the least engaging interview experiences I can recall.
