Met with the job poster while waiting to hear from another job. I moved forward to someone who ran the HR team and then met with one of the owners who was down to earth. I stopped meeting with them to take the otehr job. All of this was done virtually but I think it was going to be hybrid.

1. Group interview 2. Interview with Training Specialist 3. Interview with Training Director 4. Onsite interview with Center Director 5. Onsite interview with Training Director The interviews are done mostly online but the final interviews will be done onsite. The process also contains a lot of assessment tests. Overall the process was fun and challenging.
