30 minute screener with an HR rep. Courtney was clearly super smart, and the interview seemed to go very well. She said they would be in touch in 2 weeks—about a month later and after some follow up she told me "there's still a possibility of you moving forward at a later date." The will they won't they feel of it seems super sketchy, and the delayed timing leads me to believe the hiring team is really disorganized. Really disappointing for such a well regarded organization.
