I had a phone interview. General questions regarding my experience and my leadership skill. After that I was set up 3, 30 to 45 minutes interviews. All virtual and in two days. 1 session was 45mins with 3 people who I will work with on the team whose focus on asking the technical expertise. 2nd session was 45mins with the hiring manager who is a director. The hiring manager asked behavior questions with regard to leadership. Tell me a time you failed. Tell me a time you give constructive feedback. Tell me a time you lead an initiative from start to finish. Describe yourself as a leader. 3rd session was 30 min with the VP. VP asks similar questions as the director on the leadership attributes and a little on just your experience due to the way the conversation lead. Also got asked why I want to the job and work at Boston.
