The process was rather short with a single interview only. The project manager was involved in the interview, but not the engineering manager. Overall positive, but there was some lack of structure

Two or three non formal online interviews each with a HR representative, department manager and technical specialist. The technical content was not the main focus although some technical questions were asked. It was more general about previous experience and projects rather than specifics.

I applied via an agency and got interview with the Manager and the Lead project engineer. The interview was smooth and in good terms. We discussed about my experience and what would my role be like in Boskalis
