Entretien
I submitted my resume and application to the HR Manager. The company's website was constantly updated regarding job opportunities. Not soon after I submitted my application I was asked to come in for an interview. The interview was positive and I was able to meet the HR Manager and two Community Support Supervisors. Not longer after that the HR Manager called me directly and informed me that they would like to offer me a position as a Community Support Professional and I accepted.

Question 1
The 3 panel of staff interviewing me asked multiple questions regarding my background including previous work experience and experience working in the mental health field. I graduated with my Bachelor's of Social Work in December 2013 and completed my undergraduate practicum at Burrell Behavioral Health in Columbia, MO. The staff were very respectful and up front regarding the job responsibilities and gave me information on how they would follow-up with me after my interview was complete.
