Applied online and was contacted by the team leader and had a phone interview. After the phone interview, I met with the team lead in person, and was supposed to have another interview with the department lead, but he didn't show up to either interview. In the 2nd interview onsite, I was given a writing test to determine if I could write with keywords in mind.
