I went into the store and was told to wait in the cafe and we talked about policies, what to expect, and the sort. They asked basic questions and was very thorough.

The interview was great. We chatted a lot about books, which was a nice indicator to me that there was an emphasis on providing good customer service. Other questions were pretty run of the mill. Very normal retail interview. They also asked about my school schedule, so we could work out a work schedule.
