Straightforward with one round, asking primarily about the field you want to become a learning assistant for. Make sure to be passionate about said field. Consisted of two interviewers in a panel and asked general behavioral questions.

There were two rounds to the interviews; a group interview and a one on one interview. The group interview was more of a team building exercise where they asked questions to get to know you and then less serious questions like "if you got to pick what animal to be what would you choose?" there was also the dry noodle/marshmallow tower building challenge.
