applied at a sales job fair. was called a couple of weeks later for a 1 on 1 informal face to face interview. more like a friendly conversation. later, probably a couple of weeks later had a 4 hour interview with the hiring manager and was offered an opportunity to ride along with a rep to get a feel for the culture. after that was offered the job.

das Gespräch war in Ordnung, der Interviewpartner stellte keine Fragen, die nicht zu beantworten waren. Auch die Gesprächsatmosphäre war angenehm und entspannt. Alles in allem hat sich das Unternehmen fair und ansprechend präsentiert.
