I got a phone call for scheduling a phone interview for the next day. There were 2 people on the other side of the phone and the interview lasted about 15 minutes where I was asked about myself and my projects. They needed someone who is familiar with cell culture and bioprocesses but even though I had no prior biology or pharmaceuticals knowledge, they made me comfortable and did not ask anything I didn't have an answer to.

I had two interviews, one phone interview with HR and the other one Skype with the project leader. Each interview was about 20 minutes long. HR asked about basic behavioral questions and the project leaders mainly talked about their projects and asked about my lab experience at school.
