Entretien
There was an initial phone screening, followed by an interview with an HR representative and two more interviews with BI staff. The phone screening took about 15 minutes, the interview with the HR rep (mine was on the phone, but not all of them are) was about a half hour, and the interview with the staff members was one hour each. They then did a background check and called me with the offer once the background check had been processed and cleared.

They ask a lot of questions about experiences. For instance, tell me a time when.... I had one where they said to tell them of a time where I had to utilize my troubleshooting skills but did not get the intended result.
Prima fase colloquio telefonico in cui "testano" la motivazione. Seconda fase colloquio in videochiamata con HR con excursus sul proprio percorso e motivazione. Terzo colloquio con il proprio futuro capo dove si discute sui compiti e doveri del futuro lavoro.

Sehr angenehmes Gesprächsklima remote via MS Teams. Alle Teilnehmerinnen waren vorbereitet. Die Fragen die gestellt wurden waren angemessen, nicht wirklich von fachlicher natur, sondern eher, um die Motivation für die Position abzuklopfen.

Il colloquio è stato molto informale e mi sono sentita subito a mio agio con le esaminatrici. Domande generali riguardo alla mia carriera lavorativa pregressa e alla mia idea di futuro nella azienda
