J'ai passé un entretien chez Bob Evans Restaurants
Entretien
This was the easier interview process I've ever gone through. I submitted an application and got a call soon after to set up an interview. The interview was about 30 minutes and covered basic questions about work experience and how to manage stress in a work environment. Even if you lack formal work experience, talking about volunteer opportunities or extracurricular involvement should be sufficient. They just want to know that you'll behave professionally and show up on time when you're scheduled to work.
Questions d'entretien [1]

There were 2 interviews.
1st Interview (with Assistant Manager on a Friday at 2pm)
-He brought a physical copy of my online application with him and verified everything I had on there like my work history, my age, if I have reliable transportation (own vehicle, shared car), etc.
-Only really asked me one question, asked me to sell him some of their dessert.
2nd Interview (with General Manager on the following Monday at 2pm)
-Asked me to tell him about myself
-He then described the uniform
Hostess/Cashier Uniform: Black shoes (like black tennis shoes), blue jeans (nothing super tight, so no leggings/jeggings), black tops (that cover shoulders). Apron will be provided. Hair must be above the collar, so for girls with long hair (buns and updos).

Applied online and about a week later got a call to set up an interview. Got their 10 minutes before the interview and waiting in the sitting area for the interviewing manager to grab me. Finally the manager brought me over to a table and we talked about availability and she asked to know more about me. Very friendly and made me feel very comfortable.Pretty good interview. Lasted about 30 minutes long. After the first interview she left to speak with her manager and then her manager which was the GM came over and talked to me for about 10 minutes. Asked me my availability and about me as well, and some other basic questions about previous work experiences. Was hired on the spot.
