After getting shortlisted got a call from HR and then a technical interview was scheduled a week later. The interview questions were fairly easy and basic but got rejected even though I had answered every question correctly. When I asked the reason for rejection, they said I wasn't good at a particular technology even though I had answered everything correctly. Overall, the recruitment process was okay, the job description could've been clearer.

It consists with 3 rounds, first technical followed by Managerial and then salary discussion. First round is average, second is a bit tough but you need to be honest throughout the discussions.
