Phone call and then an in person interview. Very thorough interview with lots of people from different departments asking different questions. Everyone was very professional and approachable. During the in person interview, each interviewer from each department asked me a lot of questions about myself and my skills. They were all very approachable, you can tell that they value communication and being able to work with others, even through different departments. Something to think about if you are not interested in working constantly with other people
