The entry level position typical starts with campus recruiting and on campus interviews for the first interview. For the candidates they like, they will bring back for an on site interview and make their decision from there.

Interview was more informal and didn't ask the typical HR questions.
Met with audit director in office. Went over qualifications and reason for choosing accounting/auditing. Asked about ability to work during busy season and job requirements. Was free to ask questions, relaxed atmosphere.
