Recruiter 45 min call originally set up. Recruiter cancelled 15 min before scheduled call, then recruiter missed the rescheduled time because she added it on her calendar at wrong time, finally connected with her, she didn’t have a full understanding of position or the direct reports reporting into this role, then video call with hiring manager, then two panel video calls (one panel of peers and one panel with cross functional partners). Recruiter said she would get back to me by end of week. She didn’t so I followed up and still no response. 3 days later received automated rejection email. Very unprofessional after speaking/interviewing with a total of 7 people at company. Recruiter should have personally sent an email as she said she would. Recruiter left a very bad brand impression of this company for me.
