They came off as disorganized. I started an application, but since I was only looking for remote jobs, I put off completing it since I didn't see any proof that it was remote. A month later, I got an email in my spam box turning me down for the job. A little surprising, as I hadn't submitted an application. I figured they must've been closing down the job listing and turned down everyone just in case. So I was surprised to get an email a few days later inviting me for an interview. The interviewer didn't have an intro and launched straight into technical Salesforce questions. That was very off-putting, but I did well enough to score two rounds of interviews. These were strange - out of the four people I interviewed with, only one turned on their cameras. They had zero questions, just came up with questions on the fly. While I'm sure they knew their stuff, the last interviewers came off as cliquey and made me not want to work there. Everyone I had interviewed with had worked there for decades, they bragged. But nobody was really excited to interview me, they just picked through my resume about my past experiences and had no interest about explaining what there was to offer at BSC, as if it were obvious why I'd want to join them. Felt like I had to screen them to get any info about the company. Nobody had a clue how many days they'd be back at the office - got the impression nobody wanted the blame. HR also screwed up at scheduling once due to a miscommunication on their team. More than a month later, I finally got a rejection email (in my spam, of course). I had already started a remote jobs by that point. Doubt I'll ever apply there again, after this experience.

It was good experience. They gave some hand on challenges. It was a panel interview one round. Overall it was a good experience. We can expect a good demeanor from interviewers and greet with smile.
