First with Recruiter, then with Hiring Mgr, then with Panel of 3 people. Interview appeared to go well. Next I get a canned email saying thanks no thanks and if you have any questions to contact "name" which was the recruiter, I email the recruiter to follow up on another similar position I had applied for and she said I was eligible for it, that she didn't realize I got the canned email, that the it was a close decision between I assumed me and the hired candidate. I asked her multiple times for feedback (not annoyingly so), ignored my requests. She asked me for my available times for an interview with the other hiring team, I provided. Never heard back from her again. Its a pity I REALLY liked the vibe of everyone but shocked that such with the ghosting after 3 interviews and apparently being a viable candidate in general. It on the recruiter not the team clearly. I think the company itself is a good company but are unprofessional when it comes to candidates.
