You get an email to schedule a phone interview with one of the lead managers or the CEO (this was the protocol before, not sure if it is anymore). The company is virtual-based, so the phone interview is the only one you have before being hired. You call a conference line, put in the conference code, and wait for everybody to arrive. That's because it could be a group interview...which wasn't specified, so it was a bit confusing when I began talking to a random girl who also didn't know what was going on.
