This was round one. I arrived about 20 minutes early. because I wanted to be sure I arrived at the correct location and also didn't get lost moving around the building as needed. I was allowed to wait for my interviewers. At the appointed time they came to retrieve me and we went through some basic interview questions. I was also offered food from their pantry which has quite the spread.

The entire process was a bit weird, as I was being pushed to the next level without much explanations and suddenly got a negative on the third phase interview (there were plus another one after the third). I was firstly contacted via LinkedIn by a recruiter, straight forward and clear communication showing the role. Agreed and we talked on the phone on the scheduled time. I was asked to apply to the role on their website, after it, my second interview was booked (no information of how it’s going to be was provided) and I just received the name of who was going to call me. Received the call, talked about the role and answered some questions about the company (end of the call). Received an email 30min after the end of the call asking for a day/hour for the next interview with 3 interviewers. Again, sent it and received the confirmation email with instructions to access the video call, but no other information about it was going to be and what happens next. During the vídeo call, I was asked a few questions about the company and then participated in a simulation of the role (kinda confusing as the information given about how it’s going to work were not clear). Then a couple more considerations and end of the call (approx 45min total). On the next day I received an email ending my participation in the hiring process. I felt very sad as I spent two days learning everything about the company and now it’s just useless knowledge and time wasted.
