Applied online then had a long phone interview with a very obnoxious interviewer from the East Coast. BTW, I am from the East Coast and she displayed all the undesirable communication skills of those living there that I certainly do not miss. She seemed very interested in the consulting work I did between jobs and reasons for job changes. Gee, lady if you saw those as red flags, then why did you chose me for the interview, or continue the conversation for an hour?!! She kept asking how I supported myself between jobs and was unaware of something called unemployment. I wasn't interested in continuing the process even if they wanted to do so.
