The interview process started on a positive note, and I was excited to proceed. I was assigned a take-home task with instructions to submit it within a day. Due to other work commitments, I started the assignment later in the day and reached out for clarification on the deadline, asking if submission past midnight was acceptable. Unfortunately, I didn’t receive a response. After dedicating several hours to the assignment, I followed up 10 days later but received no feedback or acknowledgment. It’s now been around 20 days since the submission, and I still haven’t heard back. Clearer communication during the process would have been appreciated, especially given the time investment. I would recommend future applicants clarify deadlines and expected response times before starting any assignments.

They said I was "fast-tracked" and requested a work trial that had a 24 hour time limit. Once I turned it in I never heard from them again , they completely ghosted me. They also say you can reach out with questions but they never give you any sort of way to contact them.
