Telephone interview with HR. Questions related to what kind of person you are. Received an in person interview with HR and Managers. The panel was receptive and easy going. Typical interview questions, relating to personality, professional traits, etc. After meeting, an internal candidate applied and was given position - good idea of company practices when willing to promote from within.
