They don’t have an HR department, don’t expect to be interviewed in a structured and professional way. My experience it’s quite negative. I had 4 job interviews in Chiasso, over a span of 2 months. I received a call the day before each interview and they asked me if I were available few hours later (is that normal??). They set all the interviews, except one, after 7pm, but 2 times I had to wait half an hour before being interviewed (with no one offering me a glass of water or showing me where I could find the bathroom). The first 2 interviews were a waste of time: too generic. I was interviewed from 2 different people but they asked me and explained me the same stuffs. The third was supposed to be a group assessment but we were only in 2. We did a short exercise providing our ideas for a hypothetical new market strategy. The last interview was held in English (I was interviewed from a mother-tongue) and it was the only one I can consider really complete and professional. After these four steps they asked me to complete a test: I had to set up and present (again) a hypothetical market strategy. I send them my presentation via email. The worst thing I remember about all this long process is that after the test I wrote them asking for a final feedback because I got another job offer. In my email I politely underlined the urgency of my request, but they never replied me.

Negative experience with the interview. After initial contact we scheduled the online interview which was then postponed more than a few times. The last time I waited for about 2 hours online and nobody showed up. Red flags revealed after the first postponing and initial thoughts proved to be true: no real HR and time not valued. Did not pursue further as in most cases this leads to further problems (ie. payment, working benefits, working tasks etc.). Growing or not this company has no solid base to ever become a major player in the industry.
