I was contacted directly by BlackRock (Talent Acquisition) presenting me an opportunity within the Retail Division based in Italy. We arranged a phone interview and it went pretty well (so he said): he gave me an overview of BlackRock activities and the requirements of the job; we then discussed my current role and my expectations. He finally told me that he was impressed and that he had to involve HR to give me a feedback in a week. Weeks passed by and no feedback. I wrote him on the 2nd and the 6th week after the call... no replies. So I checked the position on the BlackRock website and it was no longer available.
