Interviewers asked very few questions about my experience or background and mostly spoke about themselves. They also communicated complaints about their roles and superiors in a way that did not speak well of the role that was being recruited for. One also shared that the interview seemed to be a formality since they had an overflow of over qualified applications from another role which would explain their disinterest, but why waste both our time? Direct communication with recruiter was great and easy.
