I applied online and they reached out about 2 days later asking for a phone interview. It was a very standard interview process, they asked me questions about my background, and the call lasted about 30 minutes. There doesn't appear to be much room for growth at this company (the recruiter said growth would take quite a bit of time). Overall, I had a neutral experience. After talking, I wasn't super interested in the company/role.
