Started with a recruiter. He felt I was a good fit. Sent my info to the owner of the company. Who then tried to get me into speaking with the owner. Owner took so much time that I got hired elsewhere. I then stated I wanted to keep going to see what opportunity this was.... had three very long interviews with him, he had me speak with his training specialist.... and after all that.... they ghosted me. Now I understand if they just wasn't interested at this point but after all of this... I deserved to hear it and not have them do a no show on a scheduled phone meeting and never reply again from there. Very unprofessional at this point. Beware that they desperately need people but will not be decisive enough to hire anyone. I also know now ... their work schedule is way more intense then they pay enough for.
