There was 3 rounds of interview process with one being face to face. Telephonic, Role based and organization behavior. Questions will be asked based on the experience, skills and role based.

I had the worst experience with the recruitment process here. After a smooth initial process, I was called to the office for the final round, which lasted an hour. I was promised feedback within 48 hours, but the process dragged on for over 15 days. Despite follow-ups, the HR kept giving vague assurances and eventually stopped responding to my calls and messages. When I emailed asking for clarity, I was told feedback was delayed because it hadn’t been provided in writing. After further delays, I was informed my application was on hold as the founder wanted to interview more candidates. This lack of transparency and unprofessionalism was incredibly disappointing.
