It was actually wonderful the woman , Ashley, that interviewed me made it very easy to speak with her and relaxing. The company wasn’t what I expected but the interviewer was kind and showed a sense of, strong sense, of professionalism.

2 video interviews. Fairly straightforward and not too complicated. They're looking if you're a good fit and if you are empathetic/want to help people. Passed and got the job and they sent me a computer, monitors, etc. After training/roleplay they let me go. Roleplay should be part of the interview process not after sending an offer and doing training for the company. Or at least let the employee prove themselves on the salesfloor after a month or 2 not after 1 roleplay
