Interview process was a plus for me. I personally refuse doing live coding tests in interviews and they were able to accommodate me and we did a code review exercise instead. Not sure if that was standard or if they did it for me specifically but I found it more constructive than the usual coding tests that most companies give. The rest of the interview process was great and they even did an additional call at my request to answer questions.
